CNC Milling Operator

| Basic Qualification | ITI Fitter or Machinist / DME |
| Experience | 3 to 6 years as CNC-VMC Milling Operator. |
| Job Description | 1. Produce parts to the highest levels of accuracy on CNC Milling machine. 2. He will operate CNC Milling. Shop/ Quality Responsibilities: 1. The Operator will receive machine drawings and the Production schedule from the Supervisor. He will determine the tools and equipment needed to perform the job as per drawing requirements. 2. He will perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment. 3. He will proactively bring issues that require maintenance to the attention of the Supervisor. 4. CNC Milling Operator should have an understating of the Quality requirements of the component and should liaise with the Quality Team accordingly. 5. CNC Milling Operator should independently check the Quality using metrology equipment. |
